Triple play :  have all US States in Logbook of the World confirmed in Phone, CW and digital modes.

North Dakota in Phone was made before 2009.  So no count for TP.

Sometimes an award isn't fun nor fair.  And 82 US$ for the plaque... this time I create my own award.
